Moulded seal defec-

Mechanical damage to
the sealing and con-
tact surfaces.
Corrective action
Replace paint needle
seal retainer (see chap-
ter 10.3).
Replace nozzle set (see
chapter 10.1).
Clean fluid tip and paint
needle.
Replace nozzle set (see
chapter 10.1).
Tighten handwheel.
Replace moulded seal.
Replace damaged
module.
