You can pause the program sequences for 10 minutes by pressing the
"START / STOP" button once briefly during operation. The time starts
flashing. The program then resumes automatically. You can resume
the program by pressing the button.

You can select the desired program by pressing the menu button.

"Standard program": Kneading, allow it to rise and
baking
Kneading, allowing it to rise and baking bread with
longer rising time

wholemeal flour

Kneading, allowing it to rise and baking in very short

Kneading and allowing it to rise. There is no baking
process in this program. The finished dough is suitable,
for example, for pizza, sandwiches etc.

bread. This setting has a longer preheating time to allow
the grain to absorb the water and expand. It is not ad-
visable to use the time delay function, as this may lead
to inadequate results.

Only baking is possible in this program. The program
can be used to extend a specific baking time. Press the
