II.10.2.4 Commissioning
START
Ask all unauthorised personnel to leave the area.
Switch off the thermal magnetic circuit breaker of the fixed
compressor. Disable the fixed compressor via software (see
"Manual operation" in the Electronic Controls manual) (only for
EWMIM 262)
Select the operation mode
(see Electronic Controls manual).
Start the machine from the control panel
(see Electronic Controls manual).
Has the inverter compressor started correctly?

Wait for the thermoregulation to require activation of the fixed
compressor (only for EWMIM 262).
Does the fixed compressor power contactor fit correctly?
(only for EWMIM 262)

Switch off the machine via the control panel
(see Electronic Controls manual).
Activate the fixed thermal magnetic circuit breaker again. Enable
the fixed compressor via software (see "Manual operation" in the
Electronic Controls manual) (only for EWMIM 262).
Start the machine from the control panel
(see Electronic Controls manual).
Check the correct rotation of the pumps and fans, the water flow
rates, the operation of the probes and the machine pressure
transducers.

Start-up procedure completed!
At start-up, the first device to start in the system is the pump, which has priority over the rest of the system. During this phase, the minimum water flow
differential pressure switch and the low pressure switch are ignored for a pre-set time, to prevent variations caused by air bubbles or turbulence in the
water circuit or by pressure fluctuations in the cooling circuit.
After these timings have elapsed, the definitive consent is accepted when the machine is started, then, after another safety time interval, the inverter
compressor is started first and only then the fixed speed compressor. This switch-on order is always valid.
The compressor follows a start-up procedure with controlled acceleration ramps. After a few minutes you can note that the compressor will run at a
speed of rotation which is proportional to the thermal load.
N.B.:
In this phase, it must be considered normal that the flow temperature drops by a few degrees below the set value, however remaining higher than the
anti-freeze set in the summer cycle.
