Troubleshooting
Issue
The pressure does
not rise in my Micro
Pressure Cooker.
My Micro Pressure
Cooker boils dry.
My Micro Pressure
Cooker is leaking.
Pressure Regulator
Valve doesn't work.
Cause
Pressure indicator valve, or pressure
regulator valve or silicone cover gasket
are not correctly assembled or missing.
The quantity of food in the Micro
Pressure cooker is too high.
Cover is not properly closed / safety lock
handle is not down.
Safety lock plug is not in place.
Silicone cover gasket is leaking.
There is not enough liquid in the
Micro Pressure Cooker.
The microwave settings are too low.
Insufficient liquid for the cooking time.
Maximum allowed cooking time has
been exceeded.
Quantity of food is too small.
The gasket is not positioned well.
The valves are not working anymore.
The gasket is damaged.
If the pressure regulator valve is
blocked and the pressure exceeds a
certain level, then the pressure indicator
valve will release the excess of pressure.
This is a built in safety feature.
Dirty safety devices or food particles may be on the rim: See
instructions "5. How to clean your Micro Pressure Cooker?"
Safety devices are damaged: replace them.
Gasket is not properly fitted: See instructions "4.2 Checkup on
daily use".
Never exceed 2/3 of the capacity of the Micro Pressure Cooker
when filling. Respect the maximum filling line indicated at 2L level.

Put back the safety lock plug into the safety lock handle.
Place back in position as instructed in section "5. How to clean
your Micro Pressure Cooker?" and section "4.2 Checkup on
daily use".

A minimum power of 600-900 Watt is needed. Check the
instructions "7. Main cooking times".

Do not cook for more than 30 min at a time.
Always fill the Micro Pressure Cooker at least up to 400ml,
indicated by the minimum (MIN) filling line.

Inspect the valves for clewanliness and damage.
Replace the gasket and valves.
Check the regulator valve and cover for defect and cleanliness.
