4. MODIFICATION OF THE CONFIGURATION

The operations described in this chapter can only be done by qualified personnel.
Incorrect use will invalidate our guarantee.
These operations require the
controller to be opened. To do
this, it is not necessary to remove
the instrument. On the other
hand, we strongly recommend
cutting off the power supply.
To open the controller, press the
metal strip under the base of the
flange and pull the instrument
towards you. The printed circuits
are then directly accessible.
4.1 CONTROL MODE
Unless otherwise indicated, the STATOP 4841 and 4842 are supplied configured for
Proportional mode control. The selection of the control mode is done at point J11, inside the
instrument.
Using a soldering iron, make or cut the link at J11.
