4.2 MEASUREMENT SCALE
The controller is supplied for a given type of sensor and measurement scale, specified in the
order. Only the measurement scale can be modified. To do this, solder the corresponding link,
without forgetting to cut the former link.

Peel off the dial on the front panel and replace it with the dial corresponding to its new
measurement extent (to order this dial, ask for details). No recalibration is necessary.
NOTE : the type of input (J couple, K couple or Pt 100Ω resistance) is not modifiable.
4.3 DIRECTION OF CONTROL
Unless otherwise indicated, the controller is supplied configured for reverse control. This
means that the output percentage decreases when the measured temperature increases
(within the proportional band). This is the mode used for heating applications: the closer the
required temperature is, the less heating is applied. Direct control operates in the opposite
way.
To modify the direction of control, make or cut the link at J2 using a soldering iron.
