3. Mixing all the ingredients. Then storing them inside cooler and cool down to 5-10°C.
4. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
Let the ice-cream churn and freeze in your soft ice cream maker until it has reached the
desired consistency, checking after 12- 15 minutes and then every few minutes until it is
thick enough.
For best results, the consistency should be soft type, so that it can easily be dispensed
from the outlet or spooned out of tank.
Red bean ice cream
Ingredients:
Red bean 180 g
Pure milk 200 ml
Whipping cream 110 ml
White sugar 75 g
Important:
Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice cream
mixture.
Method:
1. Mash the red bean. Then mixing with pure milk and white sugar.
2. Stir the light cream until sticky status.
3. Mixing all the ingredients. Then storing them inside cooler and cool down to 5-10°C.
