Ice Cream Maker Use instructions
Milk ice cream
Ingredients:
Pure milk 220 ml
Whipping cream 250 ml
White sugar 85 g
Important:
Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice cream
mixture.
Method:
1. Stir the light cream until sticky status.
2. Mixing the pure milk, light cream and sugar. Then storing them inside cooler and cool
down to 5-10°C.
3. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
Let the ice-cream churn and freeze in your soft ice cream maker until it has reached the
desired consistency, checking after 12- 15 minutes and then every few minutes until it is
thick enough.
For best results, the consistency should be soft type, so that it can easily be dispensed from
the outlet or spooned out of tank.
Banana ice cream
Ingredients:
Large ripe banana 180 g
Pure milk 140 ml
Whipping cream 175 ml
White sugar 55 g
Important:
Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice cream
mixture.
Method:
1. Mash the banana.
2. Stir the light cream until sticky status.
3. Mixing the mashed banana, pure milk, light cream and white sugar. Then storing them
inside cooler and cool down to 5-10°C.
