Ice Cream Maker Use instructions
Strawberry ice cream
Ingredients:
Fresh strawberries 220 g
Pure milk 115 ml
Whipping cream 140 ml
White sugar 75 g
Important:
Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice cream
mixture.
Method:
1. Mash the strawberries.
2. Stir the light cream until sticky status.
3. Mixing the mashed strawberries, pure milk, light cream and white sugar. Then storing
them inside cooler and cool down to 5-10°C.
4. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
Let the ice-cream churn and freeze in your soft ice cream maker until it has reached the
desired consistency, checking after 12- 15 minutes and then every few minutes until it is
thick enough.
For best results, the consistency should be soft type, so that it can easily be dispensed
from the outlet or spooned out of tank.
Chocolate ice cream
Ingredients:
Chocolate 75 g
Pure milk 210 ml
Whipping cream 215 ml
White sugar 55 g
Important:
Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice cream
mixture.
Method:
1. Warm up the pure milk and white sugar. Then put the chocolate inside until it melted.
2. Stir the light cream until sticky status.
