8 Troubleshooting

In the following cases, the appliance may not be malfunctioning. Please check first
before contacting Customer Services.
Problem
The appliance does not work
Appliance works for a short time only
The appliance works, but it does not cool
The appliance is not working, and
the water level indicator is glowing
Analysis
-Circuit breaker has been triggered, or
the fuse has blown.
-Wait 3 minutes, then switch on again.
The protective device may prevent the
appliance from being switched on again.
-The batteries in the remote control are
not working anymore.
-The plug is not correctly inserted.
-The set temperature is too close to the
room temperature. Reduce the set tem-
perature.
-The air outlet is blocked. Remove the
object causing the blockage.
-A door or window is open.
-Another heating appliance is operating,
such as a radiator or lamp.
-The air filter is dirty. Please clean.
-The air outlet or inlet is blocked.
-he set temperature is too high.
-Drain water through the drainage pipe
at the rear of the appliance into a suita-
ble container. If the appliance still does
not function, please contact a qualified
technician.
