Press the Mode key to display the current date and time and

to select between pH and mV measurements. By holding
the key down for 4 seconds you can enter the Edit displays
and edit the pH or mV method to fit your specific tasks. Use
the arrow keys to make your choice; see chapter 3 "The
EDIT Mode" for more details.
