Risk of hazardous liquids or vapours
Toxic liquids or fumes can cause serious or fatal injury in case of eye or skin contact, or if inhaled or swallo-
wed.
Read the material safety data sheets (MSDS) for details of the risks involved with the liquids being used.
Only store hazardous liquids in approved containers and dispose of these liquids in line with appropriate
regulations.
Risk from pressurised aluminium parts
Do not use 1,1,1 trichloroethane, methylene chloride, other halogenated hydrocarbon solvents or fluids that
contain such solvents in pressurised aluminium equipment. Such use can cause serious chemical reactions
and equipment rupture, and may result in death, serious injury, and property damage.
Protective equipment
You must use or wear the appropriate protective equipment during operation and servicing of the device, or
if you are simply in the work area, to help protect yourself against serious injury, for example eye injuries, or
inhaling toxic vapours, burns or hearing damage. The following protective equipment is required for use of
this device:
Safety goggles and hearing protection
Gloves, protective clothing and breathing apparatus as recommended by the fluid and solvent manufacturer
