Spraying
Adjusting the spraying pattern
1. Hold the gun vertically to the surface at a distance of
approximately 150 - 200 mm.
2. Move the spray gun before operating the trigger. Move
the gun evenly in a straight line. Release the trigger at
the end of each movement.
3. Substance and air quantity adjustment:
The more the trigger is pulled back, the higher the deli-
vered substance and air quantity.
Gun Cleaning
1. Depressurise.
2. Remove the siphon cup and drain the coating sub-
stance.
3. Fill a compatible solvent.
4. Reconnect the siphon cup.
5. Shake the gun.
6. Connect the turbine to the gun and switch it on,
discharge the solvent and repeat the process until clear
solvent escapes. Ensure the solvent used is disposed of
correctly.
7. Remove the siphon cup. Drain the remaining solvent or
water from the siphon cup.
8. Clean the inside of the siphon cup using a clean cloth.
9. Remove the retaining ring, air cap and substance noz-
zle. Clean using a compatible solvent. Clean the outside
of the gun using a cloth drained in compatible solvent.
10. Assemble the gun.
