Connection to substance and air supply
Spray gun with siphon cup
1.
Connect the air hose to the turbine and tighten by hand.
2.
Connect the air hose to the air inlet on the other side.
3.
Fill the cup by up to 3/4 and close as shown on the figure
using the gun lid.
Power supply connection
Connect the turbine mains cable into a grounded socket
outlet.
Depressurization
The siphon cup of the gun is pressurised as a result of
the air supply. Disconnect the air supply to the gun prior
to removing the vacuum cup to reduce the risk of severe
injuries caused by pressurised substances or accidental
spraying from the gun.

Notes on operation
Expect a certain amount of sparks in normal motor opera-
ting conditions. These ignition sparks may ignite vapours
of flammable liquids, dust particles and other flammable
substances within the spraying area.
If required, use an additional air hose and make sure that
the spraying device is operated in a clean, dry and well
ventilated environment.
Do not operate the spraying device within a spraying
chamber.
Warm up the spraying device a few minutes

Switch off the spraying device.

Unplug the machine from the socket.
3.
Unlock the cup lid; undo or remove the cup from the lid to
relieve the pressure.

Make sure the spraying device filter is clean before ope-
ration.
The area for application must be completely dry to ensure
adequate adhesion.
Always spray at the lowest pressure required to achie-
ve the desired spraying pattern and application speed.
Spraying at higher pressures wastes paint and may cause
unfavourable surface results.
