Step 5:
Install the M10x180mm bolt and the plastic dome
cap for the vertical frame through the top of the seat
rail and secure from underneath with 10mm washer
and 1xM10 Nylon lock nut.
Note: Do not tighten the bolt at this
time. See section "Fine-tuning your
rower" for details once assembly is
complete
Step 6:
Install the footplate onto the rower
Tip: When mounting the footplate assembly onto the rower, it is only necessary to remove one side, and leave
the other side intact as shown here.
Note: 2 Allen keys of the same size are provided for this portion of the assembly.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Attach the footplates to the rower.
Assemble the footplates as shown in
the drawing. For more easy operation,
you may leave one plate as it is and
only remove the other side's parts.
Make sure, both footplates are well
attached to the device.
