Troubleshoot

If any of the following effects occur, refer to the instruction manual and take the appropriate action.
Effect
Driving clutch slips.
Belt slips.
Tracks slip.
Does not drive.
An overload
Cannot disengage
Does not stop。
driving clutch.
Failure of the shift

Cannot change
speed.
Cannot move lever.
Engine does not start.
Engine does not stop.
Oil filler cap came off suddenly.

this machine.
Possible cause
Driving clutch cable is stretched.
Cable is damaged.
Main clutch lever is "START" position.
Belt is stretched.
Belt is worn out.
Jammed foreign material in the track.
Too much amount of snow for one time.
Being caught in something
Rubber crawler is stretched.
Too fast for operation.
Engine rpm is too low.
Too fast for operation.
Foreign object twined around tracks.
Too much amount of snow for one time.
Wet and heavy snow.
Failure of transmission.
Driving clutch cable is stretched.

Treatment
Adjust cable.
Replace cable.
Move the lever to "WORK" position.
Adjust the tension of belt.
Replace belt.
Remove foreign material.
Remove snow in several times.
Remove obstacle or raise plow.
Adjust the tension of track.
Reduce the speed for operation.
Adjust the engine rpm.
Reduce the speed for operation.
Remove twining object.
Remove snow in several times.
Remove snow in several times.
Repair or replace transmission.
Adjust driving clutch cable.
Replace driving clutch cable.
Repair or replace transmission.
