2.3.3 Assembling the covering (Fig. 2.3.3)

Install the various covering elements on the basis of
their progressive numbers.
Before adding the ceramic lintel (6C), put two silicon
points (S) (for high temperatures) in the hollow on the
two sides (5), as illustrated in the drawing, then
connect them with the braces (T), (see Detail A).
Run the back down (7), inserting it into the slots of the
frame (see Detail B).
Secure it to the top part of the sides (5) using 2 screws/
pins (N do not screw in), fixing everything into place
with silicon (S) for high temperatures.
We recommend inserting a glass or rock wool
insulating panel between the back and the wall,
measuring 2 cm thick and with external aluminium
sheeting.
Place some silicon points (S) (for high temperatures)
on the sides (5) and put the cover (8) and the Ecoforno
(9) into position (see Figs. 2.3.4.1, 2.3.4.2, 2.3.5.1).
Stucco the cement parts with wall stucco.
Sand the cement parts and apply a primer before
painting the surface.
2.3.4 Assembling the Ecoforno
Assemble the ECOFORNO (9).
Place the seal (9A) over the neck of the pipe (9B), and
position it under the ECOFORNO, centring it with respect
to the hole, then fix it into place using the 4 brackets
(9C) and the screws provided (Fig. 2.3.4.1-2.3.4.2) so
that the pipe can turn and be easily positioned above
the frame (3A) and the ECOPALEX (3).
Insert the pipe (9B) into the ECOPALEX (3) smoke
outlet collar, then centre the ECOFORNO (9) and
secure it to the frame (3A).
In order to regulate the pipe position (9B), loosen the
screws using a 10 spanner.
Now remove the cast iron door (14) and the grille (13)
(Fig. 2.3.5.2).
During assembly, the grille (13) installed on the oven (9)
must be 2-3 mm higher than the ceramic surface (8).
We recommend removing the smoke valve (if present)
from the ECOPALEX 76 before installing the
ECOFORNO (Fig. 2.3.4.3).

Die Halterung (3A) bohren wie in der Abbildung 2.3.2
dargestellt und die 4 beigelegten, selbstdrehenden
Schrauben eindrehen, um das Ganze zu blockieren.
2.3.3 Montage der Verkleidung (Abb. 2.3.3)
Für
Verkleidungselemente
fortlaufenden
Vor Verbindung des Querbalkens aus Keramik (6C),
in der an den beiden Seitenteilen (5) vorgesehenen
Aushöhlung zwei Silikonpunkte (S) (hitzebeständig)
auftragen (siehe Zeichnung). Dann die Seitenteile
mittels der Verbindungsstange miteinander verbinden
(T), (siehe Det. A).
Die Rückwand herablassen (7) und in die Schlitze
des Rahmens einfügen (siehe Det. B).
Dann die Rückwand am oberen Bereich mit den
Seitenteilen verbinden (5), und zwar mittels 2 Stift/
Schrauben (N nicht zuschrauben). Das Ganze mit
hitzebeständigem Silikon (S) fixieren.
Es wird empfohlen, zwischen der Rückwand und der
Zimmerwand eine 2 cm starke Isolierplatte aus Glas-
oder Gesteinswolle mit äußerer Aluminiumfolie
einzusetzen.
Zwei Silikonpunkte (S) (hitzebeständig) an den
Seitenteilen auftragen (5) und die Abdeckplattel (8)
und das Backfach Ecoforno (9) positionieren (siehe
Abb. 2.3.4.1, 2.3.4.2, 2.3.5.1).

auftragen, bevor Sie die Oberfläche streichen.
2.3.4 Montage des Ecofornos
Das Backfach ECOFORNO einbauen (9).
Die Dichtung (9A) auf der Rohrmanschette anordnen
(9B), dann das Rohr unter dem ECOFORNO
positionieren, und zwar zentriert zur Öffnung, und es
mit den 4 Bügeln (9C) und den mitgelieferten
Schrauben (Abb. 2.3.4.1-2.3.4.2) einstweilig
befestigen, sodass das Rohr gedreht werden kann,
um es über dem Rahmen (3A) und dem ECOPALEX
(3) zu positionieren.
Das Rohr (9B) in die Rauchausgangsmuffe des
ECOPALEX (3) stecken und dann den ECOFORNO
(9) am Rahmen (3A) ausrichten.
Zur Regulierung der Rohrposition (9B) die Schrauben
mit einem 10-Schlüssel lösen.
Dann die Klappe aus Gusseisen (14) und das Gitter
(13) abnehmen (Abb. 2.3.5.2).
Bei der Montage muss das auf den Backofen (9)
montierte Gitter (13) 2-3 mm höher als die
Keramikplatte (8) sein.
Das Rauchreglerventil (sofern vorgesehen) des
ECOPALEX 76 sollte vor dem Einbau des ECOFORNO
abgenommen werden (Abb. 2.3.4.3).
