- Switch off the cooling system by pushing
power button B.
- Activate cleaning mode pushing the
corresponding button C.
- Remove the cover from the upper tank.
- Fill the upper tank with lukewarm water and
rinse the machine (fig.13) in order to flush it to
remove the major part of the product residuals.
- Repeat this operation until exiting water is
clear.

- Bring KAY-5 Sanitizer/Cleaner with a 100ppm
dilution (1 Oz packet of KAY-5
water) (the sanitizing product shall comply with
40 CFR §180.940).
!IMPORTANT!
The type and concentration of sanitizing
agent shall comply with 40 CFR §180.940
Carefully follow the instructions of the
sanitizer manufacturer with regard to
timing and method of use.
- Turn off the main switch A on the right side of
the appliance and disconnect the power lead
from the mains.
- Wash and disinfect hands thoroughly before
performing cleaning operations otherwise use
clean and sanitized gloves.
- Fill the top tank with hot water (fig. 14) and
wait a few minutes.
- Empty the cylinder and repeat the same steps
until the water coming out is clear (fig. 15).
