!Important!
Defrost or wash modes are not to be used in
lieu of proper cleaning or sanitization
procedures at the frequency of federal, state or
local regulatory agencies.
NOTE: when the consistency LEDs flash, it
means that the cooling system is operating as
the consistency setting has not yet been
reached.
- Once the product has reached the desired
consistency the LEDs will stop flashing and
the rotation of the beater will stop.
- In the first production phase, at this point it is
necessary to open the air regulation pipe and
adjusting it to the desired level.
- Lifting and turning the upper part of the tube
counter clockwise (fig. 10), and positioning the
pin on the notches which become gradually
higher, increases the amount of mix that can
flow into the freezing chamber so changing the
consistency and the bulk of the same.
- To dispense, place a glass under the tap and
pull the lever as shown in fig. 11. The beater
will begin to rotate again, starting the
dispensing phase.
!ATTENTION!
In order to avoid any damaging on the machine
due to the lack of product, when the level is low
in the upper tank the machine is blocked until
that level has been restored. That block is
underlined by an alarm.
- When the product level LED D and the
power LED B (fig. 12) are lit with a buzzer
sound activated, it means that the product
level in the top tank is low and should be
refilled; in these conditions the appliance is
blocked and only the dispensing system
will be activated if necessary until the
product level has been restored.
