Turn the lower controller (2) slightly to the right.
Press the UP button.
Repeat the procedure until it becomes possible to raise the
nominal load.
Seal both controllers with sealing wax.
Oil-bath sliding clutch
Oil-bath sliding clutch: Checking the oil level (driven
reeler)
See Fig. 21.
Unwind the rope, see '12 Dismantling' on page 20.
Turn the rope reel (1) until the oil refilling screw (2) is in the
two o'clock position.
Remove the oil refilling screw (2):
The oil must reach up to the bottom of the screw hole.
Screw the oil refilling screw (2) back in.
Install the rope, see 'Mount the rope' on page 13.
Checking and adjusting the oil-bath sliding clutch
ATTENTION!
Damage due to incorrectly adjusted clutch!
The required clutch force depends on the rope weight on the
driven reeler. If the clutch force is set too high then this can
result in premature wear or damage. The hoist set up is fac-
tory-made.
Do not adjust the clutch force!
To test the clutch force send the hoist to TRACTEL
Greifzug GmbH or an authorized hoisting gear workshop.

15.6 Ordering spare parts

Spare parts lists can be obtained from your supplier or directly
from TRACTEL Greifzug GmbH.
The details needed to place the order are listed on the separate
component's nameplates, see 'Nameplate and warning signs /
application restrictions' on page 7.
The required information is e.g.:

Disposal and environmental
protection
The equipment is made from recyclable materials. If the equip-
ment is later scrapped, it must be disposed of correctly. The
national versions of the waste legislation directive 2008/98/EC
apply within the European Union.
The manufacturer is obliged to take back and dispose of specific
electrical and electronic components in accordance with Directive
2002/96/EC. The following symbol is used on the nameplate of
such components to identify them:
