Technical Specifications

The technical specifications are listed in Table 1 on page II.

Operating fluids

Transmission oil
Transmission oil, see Table 2 on Page IV.
In normal cases, it is not necessary to change the transmission
oil.
ATTENTION!
Incorrect transmission oil!
Damage to the gearbox due to insufficient lubrication.
– Use only the lubricants specified in the table.
Synthetic oil and mineral oil may not be mixed!
– Thoroughly flush the gearbox repeatedly with the new oil
type when changing the oil type.
– Change the oil drain plug to correspond with the new oil
type (socket head screw: mineral oil; hexagon head
screw: synthetic oil).

The coupling will be damaged by missing or insufficient lubri-
cation!
– Only use the lubricants specified in the table.
– Abide by the maintenance intervals.

Circuit diagram

The circuit diagram is located in the terminal box of the motor.

Operating unit

DANGER!
Risk of confusion due to incorrect key assignment.
Risk of severe accidents!
– Do not swap plug-in button panels between different
hoists.
– The UP button should be the closest button to the cable
outlet of the button panel to ensure the overload shut-off
function is effective.
Depending on the product version the hoist is controlled by a
button panel, control box, a remote control unit or a central con-
trol unit.
