Troubleshooting

Before starting any work on the machine, switch off the engine, turn off the water supply and actuate the spray gun until the pres -
sure has been relieved.
Fault
Engine does not start when switched

Cause
No fuel in tank
Shortage of oil in engine
Pump has frozen
Pump is blocked
Speed control on engine or spray gun not set
correctly
Shortage of water
Engine speed too low
Water intake strainer in pump inflow clogged Clean water intake screen – see
Air in system
High-pressure nozzle clogged / defective
Remedy
Open the fuel cock

Add oil
Thaw out machine
Have the machine checked by a servicing

Open water tap completely
Comply with permissible suction lift (suction

check diameter and length of intake hose
