• Replace permanent bearings before 15000 hours of
operation.
• Re-grease the bearings at least every 2000 hours of
operation.
8.10 Start-up and vacuum limiting valve

item 14 shows the vacuum limiting rub-
ber-coated valve disc. Only replace the valve disc
if damaged. The circular 'ridge' must face the com-
pressed air cylinder.
Perform the following start-up and vacuum limiting
valve inspection every 500 hours of operation:

The valve works correctly when:
• Air is sucked into the motor cooling air outlet
during Y mode.
• Hot air is blown out from the motor cooling air
outlet during D mode.
8.11 Vacuum level

Use a hearing protector when verifying the
vacuum level. The sound level is very high
when the unit is run with the enclosure roof re-
moved.
Perform the following vacuum level inspection every
500 hours of operation:
