Your clinician may recommend that you use an anti-bacterial filter. A filter should be
placed in the air tubing between the mask and the flow generator. If using a humidifier,
place the filter between it and the flow generator (see Figure 10 below).
Typically, the filter should be replaced daily. Check the filter instructions for full details.
Whenever a filter is added, removed or replaced you must run the Air Circuit Learn
function (see “"Learn Circuit”" on page 26).
