NON AGREE PAR THALES NAVIGATION RENDRA CADUQUE LA
PRESENTE GARANTIE.
3. OBLIGATIONS DE L'ACQUERANT
Pour mettre en œuvre la garantie, le produit doit être retourné
accompagné d'une copie de la facture originale au revendeur auprès
duquel il a été acheté.
Thales Navigation se réserve le droit de refuser sa garantie si la facture
ne peut être fournie ou si les informations qu'elle contient sont illisibles ou
incomplètes ou si le numéro de série a été modifié ou effacé. Thales
Navigation ne peut être tenu responsable en cas de perte ou de
dommages survenus au cours du transport. Thales Navigation
recommande l'utilisation d'un mode d'expédition avec traçabilité.
