1. Description

1.1 Purpose

Important:
Like the therapy devices,
the oxygen valve does not
have an alarm that warns
in the event of any faults.
It must therefore be used
only for patients who can
endure the absence of oxy-
gen therapy over several
hours, so that an unno-
ticed failure of the oxygen
supply will not represent a
risk.
During therapy the oxygen valve can be used to safely sup-
ply up to 4 l/min oxygen into the mask. It can be used to-
gether with an oxygen concentrator, an oxygen cylinder
with a pressure reducing valve or liquid oxygen.
You can use the valve with the following devices:

The valve opens when the therapy device is switched on
and is working properly. In the event of a fault (e.g. power
