7. Troubleshooting

If you are unable to remedy faults with the aid of the table, or in the event of unexpected
operation or an incident, contact the manufacturer or your authorized specialist dealer. To
avoid exacerbating the damage, do not continue operating the device.
Fault
Display does not light up or only
sometimes although the therapy
device is working properly. The

Cause
No power
Mask leaks
Hoses are bent
Excessive resistance in the
hose system, output pressure
of the concentrator is too low.
Remedy
Check that connecting cable
securely attached.
Adjust the head cover so that the
mask is sealed.
Replace mask if defective.
Check hose connections.
Shorten oxygen supply hoses.
If necessary, use other
concentrator (e.g., OXYMAT)
