8. Maintenance
8.1 Intervals
The oxygen valve requires no maintenance.
For hygienic reasons, we recommend replacing the O
six months, or earlier if it is soiled.
8.2 Changing the double hose
The double tube consists of a short part which is used for pressure measurement during
therapy, and a long part that is used for O

Transparent adapter

9. Insert the free end of the double tube into the creased tube.
10.Push the sleeve of the creased tube onto the transparent adapter.

Maintenance
1. Detach both sleeves from the adapters.
2. Pull the double tube out of the creased tube.
3. Pull the shorter part of the double tube off the grey
adapter. Then pull the tube out of the transparent
adapter.

4. Remove the long part of the double tube from the
transparent adapter.
5. Dispose of the old double tube.
6. Push the short part of the new double tube through the
transparent adapter, then push it as far as possible onto
the grey adapter.
7. Push the sleeve onto the grey adapter again.
8. Press the long part of the double tube into the groove
in the transparent adapter. The two tube ends must lie
smoothly side by side.
