Warning! A worn or damaged
bench segment (26) must be
changed immediately.
Warning! The saw blade (25)
must be changed and aligned
properly.
7.5 Fastening on a base
• The holes (21) on the machine
frame are for fastening the device
on a firm, flat base, such as a
workbench. The appropriate fas-
tening material (screws, etc.) is
available from specialist shops.
7.6 Dust extraction
This circular saw bench is fit-
ted with a chip ejector hole
(5) and can be connected up
to a household vacuum cleaner with
a flow rate of at least 20 m/s. Follow
the manufacturer's instructions. If
necessary, use a suitable commer-
cially available adapter.
CAUTION! To prevent damage
to health from breathing in
harmful dust always use the cir
cular saw in combination with a
working dust extractor system.

If they are not in use, the push stick
(31), parallel stop (6) and mitre stop
(15) can be fastened. The cross-

machine housing with the wing nut
(12). The parallel stop (6) can be
stored in the machine housing.
The push stick (31) can be stored

8 – Operation
• After each new adjustment, we
recommended making a sample
cut to check the set size.
• After switching the saw on, wait
for the saw blade to reach its
maximum rotation speed before
making the cut.
• Be careful when up-cutting!
• Only operate the device with
extraction.
• Check and clean the extraction
channels regularly.
Before starting the saw up
• The saw bench must be set up
on a stable base, that is, a work-
bench, or screwed down to a firm
underframe.
• Before starting up all covers and
safety equipment must be correctly
fitted.
• The saw blade must be able to
rotate freely.
• When working with wood which
has already been processed, be
careful of e.g. nails or screws,
cracks or joints, etc.
• Before you press the On/Off
switch (10), make sure that the
saw blade is correctly mount-
ed and moving parts are running
smoothly.
• Before connecting up the saw
bench to the mains make sure that
the data on the rating plate match
those of the mains supply.
