E-function (reversing function)

With locks with E-function, the door is equipped with a front door fitting (door handle and door knob). For
this function, the locking cylinder is designed for manual unlocking from outside. Actuating the locking
cylinder mechanically retracts the latch bolt and deadbolt. The door can then be used.
When the doors are closed, the bolts automatically extend. The door is always locked again
("Self-locking", page 42).
