- 6 aubergines
- 3 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of drawn off leaflets
of thyme

- Salt
Chop the shallots and cloves of
garlic and put them together with
the allspice, salt, the drawn off
leaflets of thyme and the oil in a
bowl and mix. Wash the aubergines,
remove the stem and cut the vege-
