Montage des contacts

Emmancher les contacts (raccordés aux
conducteurs) dans les supports isolants
à l'aide des outils de montage appro-
priés� L'insertion de contacts Ø 8 mm et
Ø 6 mm peut être facilitée en trempant
les supports de contacts au préalable
dans de l'alcool industriel�
Remarque:
Pour éviter d'endommager les sup-
ports de contacts, veiller à manipuler
les outils parallèlement à l'axe des
logements� Au cours du montage, les
contacts de Ø 1 mm sont correcte-
ment positionnés lorsque l'outil de
montage vient en appui sur le support
isolant�

Insert the contacts (with connected
lead) in the contact carrier by means
of the inserting tools� The insertion of
the Ø 8 mm and Ø 6 mm contacts can
be facilitated by previously wetting the
contact carriers with industrial alcohol�
Hinweis:
To avoid damage to the contact
carriers, the inserting tools must be
guided parallel to the axis�
In the case of the Ø 1 mm contacts
the correct insertion depth is obtained
by pressing the contacts in until the
shoulder of the insertion tool comes
up against the contact carrier�
