Crushing injuries and cuts due to start-up during set-up
work.
Flying parts may cause serious injuries.
 Assembly and replacement of parts only in set-up
mode.
 Limit speed in set-up mode.
 Ensure that the machine cannot be put into operation
unsupervised.
 No rotation without workpiece.
 Wear personal protective equipment.
Operation varies depending on the interchanger used. Observe
the relevant operating instructions of the interchanger.
Unclamping
1. Insert the safety key
(WAF 11) (1).
2. Turn anti-clockwise to unclamp.
 The collet chuck (2) moves
forwards and releases the
workpiece.
3. Remove the safety key (1).
