About this Collet Chuck CAPTIS-M

3.1 Product Description

The collet chuck CAPTIS-M is a collet chuck suitable for rotating use in
lathes or for stationary use in drilling, milling and machining centres,
measuring machines as well as for conventional and manual handling.
The collet chuck CAPTIS-M is operated manually and works without
a clamping cylinder. Various collet chucks and clamping mandrels can be
replaced within a short time with the interchanger. The collet chucks (4)
and clamping mandrels are pushed into the holder (3) and locked. The
repeatability is less than 0.01 mm. The collet chuck CAPTIS-M is mounted
on the machine or on a flange / a base plate with the mounting screws (2).
On request, a large number of various flanges is available. As an option,
a stop and a mandrel can be mounted.
