First, insert the elbow (1) so far into the collector bag
(2) that the entire width of the Velcro strip is located
behind the marker, where the reduced part of the
elbow is situated. Then tightly seal the Velcro strip.

Slide the manifold (1) with the groove (2) over the
lug (3) of the blower casing. Insure that the wide
groove is guided over the large lug and the small
groove is over the small lug. Turn the manifold 45º
in the direction of the arrow. Fold catch (4) forward
in the direction of the arrow.

Press the side opening (1) on the blower
cover (2) with a screwdriver; the blower cover
will open on its own.

Open up the blower cover. Insert the lugs (1) of the
vacuum tube (1) in the grooves (3) on the inner ring of
the blower casing. Insure that the large lug is in the wide
groove and that the narrow lug is in the narrow groove.
Firmly turn the vacuum tube clockwise.
Note: You may leave the shredder star (4) and the anti-
static wire fitted, even when using the motorised equip-
ment as a blower. This enables a quick changeover be-
tween use as a blower or as a vacuum shredder.
5.4 Remove manifold (441)
To remove the elbow, release the hose clip
using the screwdriver supplied, without fully
removing the clip from the elbow.
Fold catch (1) upwards in the direction of the
arrow, turn manifold in the direction of the
arrow and pull out.
5.5 Remove vacuum tube (441)
Turn the vacuum tube counter clockwise and
pull it out of the blower casing. Close the
blower cover until it engages.
Warning:
The motor may only be started, if the
blower cover is closed until it is en-
gaged, or if the vacuum tube is firmly
mounted - injury hazard!
6. Fueling
6.1 Fuel information
1.The motor of this device is a high-performance
two-stroke engine and must be operated with a
gasoline/oil mixture (gasoline and oil = fuel mix-
ture) or with a pre-mixed special fuel mixture
available at your dealer's for 2-stroke engines.
