Klemmfix adjustment:
Important!
When using the support devices, first fit and adjust the support device (spring
washers or return spring with clamp lock)!
The Klemmfix is pre stressed by turning the push rod. After each turn, check that the
drawbar is held in the horizontal position and can be pressed downwards without
requiring considerable force.
Klemmfix 72/D (acting in compression)
Clockwise rotation of the push rod (difficult) = Pre stress increases
Anticlockwise rotation of the push rod (easy) = Pre stress decreases
Klemmfix 72/Z (tension acting)
Anticlockwise rotation of the push rod (difficult) = Pre stress increases
Clockwise rotation of the push rod (easy) = Pre stress decreases

6 Return spring with clamp lock
The eye bolts are evenly screwed into the
clamp lock so that the return spring with
clamp lock has an installation length of
approx. 610 mm. After the eye bolts have
been set, the clamp lock must be secured
with the lock nut to prevent it from turning.

Installation:

The connection point on the bogie frame of
the trailer must be fitted according to the
following diagram:
The holders must be welded with an all round
fillet weld a = 3 mm.
