Mounting of the length stop (fig. 20):
Fix the stop (1) with the supplied screws at the left side of the Alcu-Press Bending / Trimming and mount the tilt stop (fig. 18 - item 3).
Setting of the length dimension (fig. 18–20):
Ensure that the set length dimension is shown at the "M" marked position of the combined tilt stop (3). Avoid parallax errors when reading the value. Fix the
stop with the clamping lever (3.2).
Tilt stop operating instructions (fig. 19-22):
Please consider the different effects of the bending (fig. 21) and trimming (fig. 22) process (permanent or spring-back deformation).
Position the stop plate (3.1) as shown in fig. 19+20 and set the required length. Position the workpiece at the stop plate ( 3.1).
Note:
Please turn the stop plate (3.1) by 180° before bending or trimming, see fig 19"a".
(The complete stop is relieved during the bending or trimming process which extends the service life.)
7.7 Operating Instructions for the Shut-Off Unit

For same angles for series bendings.
A movable cam allows the continuous stroke adjustment for same bending angles. Actuate the (still to be mounted) position switch to stop the piston shaft
movement.
Note:
• The shut-off unit can only be operated with a häwa electro hydraulic pump.
• Connect the unit either to the electro hydraulic pump or to the foot switch (see fig. 25).
CAUTION:
The shut-off unit must be connected by a qualified electrician.
Mounting of the shut-off unit (item 1 of fig. 23-25):
• Fix the plate (2) with two screws to the Alcu-Press Bending / Trimming.
• When fixing the guide (3) ensure a correct alignment.
• Insert the "complete length adjustment device" consisting of the length setting clip (4), cam (4.1) and knurled screw (4.2) into the cut-out of the ben-
ding and trimming die and the guide (3).
• Position the switch (5) that it is always activated on the cone of the cam (4.1).
• Connect the electric line (6) as shown in fig. 25.
Note:
The use of several "complete length adjustment devices type 2605-0611-12-00" avoid the frequent readjustment of different bending angles.
