7.6 Operating Instructions for the Use of Length Stops
7.6.1 Mounting of the Length Stop to the Alcu-Press Punching / Cutting to Length – Setting range: 10 – 1.900 mm

Mounting of the length stop (fig. 16+17):
Fix the attachment bracket (1)with the supplied screws at the right side of the Alcu-Press Punching / Cutting to Length. Align the flanged metal sheet with
fixed measuring tape (5) in a horizontal position by means of the adjustable support foot (2) and secure the adjustable combined tilt stop (4).
Setting of the length dimension:
Ensure that the set length dimension is shown at the "M" marked position of the combined tilt stop (4). Avoid parallax errors when reading the value. Fix the
combined stop (4) with the clamping lever.
Working with the combined tilt stop (4) (fig. 17):
For punching, turn the stop marked "punching" (4.1) to the "left".
For cutting to length, turn the stop marked "punching" (4.1) to the "right" and the other one marked "cutting to length" (4.2) to the "left".
