Operating instructions for the shut-off unit:
Mount the "length adjustment device complete" as shown in fig. 23+24. Switch the electro-hydraulic pump to set-up mode (program 2). Insert the first
workpiece of the series and operate the foot switch until the required bending angle is achieved(see also item 7.4/7.5).
Now guide the cam (4.1) to the contact point of the position switch and fix it with the knurled screw (4.2).
Retract the piston shaft (see operation manual electro-hydraulic pump) and remove the workpiece.
Set the electro-hydraulic pump to series mode (program 1). The stroke ends at the same position and the return stroke starts automatically.
7.8 Operating Instructions for the Line Laser Module

When punching with the line laser module, the workpiece can be positioned longitudinally to a previous marking on the workpiece.
Use the depth stop for transverse direction. When cutting to length, the line laser module is without function.
Note:
During long interruptions, we recommend to switch off the line laser module to ensure a longer service life.

10. Inspection / Maintenance / Cleaning
CAUTION:
Before any servicing and repair work, ensure that the unit is depressurized and the pump is disconnected.
•
Before starting work, check the equipment visually (machine/tool, hydraulic pump with hydraulic hose).
•
Avoid any contamination of the hydraulic system (use the dust cap after uncoupling).
•
Clean the machine/tool in regular intervals.
•
Dispose of oily rags and hydraulic oil as hazardous waste.
