Cause
Residual current circuit breaker (RCCB)
or circuit breaker (CB) in the charging
station has tripped.
Error in the power supply to the
charging station (incorrect phase
sequence, missing phase, etc.).
Charging plug not interlocked.
Incorrect or faulty charging cable.
Network error.
E.g. incorrect phase sequence, missing
phase / neutral, undervoltage.
Failure of the unlocking function.
No power supply to the charging
station.
Control fuse in the charging station has
tripped.
Notes on troubleshooting
Re-activate residual current circuit
breaker (RCCB) or circuit breaker (CB).
 See Chapter 7.3.2 on page 31.
Check the power supply.
Disconnect charging cable and plug in
again.
Acknowledge the fault with multi-
function button.
Disconnect charging cable and plug in
again.
Check charging cable and replace if
necessary.
Acknowledge the fault with multi-
function button.
Check network or network settings.
Check the power supply.

Unlock the charging plug manually.
