REMARK When the thickness reaches 40 mm, the adjusting handlebar will be
off the track, you need to grasp the adjusting handlebar when you want larger
thickness.

Handlebar limiter is used to prevent adjusting handlebar from dropping during
operation. After setting the desired thickness, lean the limiter against the left side of
adjusting handlebar, and finally lock it. During operation, handlebar limiter location
scale should be more than 1mm to avoid damaging the rollers.

9. OPERATION STEPS

1. Pull the dough tray out of the transportation platform.
2. Put the flour collection plate under the pressure rollers.
3. Ensure that the emergency button is on, manual lever is in level
position, power switch is on, then turn down the safety grid.
4. Lay the dough at the right side of the transportation platform.
5. Adjust the roller gap as your desire.
6. Sprinkle flour on the dough.
7. Operate manual lever or footboard switch to transport the dough to the left side of
the transportation platform.
8. Turn the handlebar to adapt to the next value of thickness.
9. Sprinkle the flour on the dough again.
10. Operate manual lever or footboard switch to transport the dough to the right side of
the transportation platform.
11. Repeat the steps 5 - 10 till getting the last desired thickness, then fold the dough
again and again to the tiers as desired.
12. At last, wrap the dough around the hand roller.
A. Raise roller mountings into upright position.
B. Place hand roller in the roller mountings
C. Operate machine in the direction of the arrow.
D. Press the beginning of the dough strip onto the hand roller.
E. Let dough wind on the roller.
F. Leave the dough winding on the roller mountings or take away for further treatment.
10. CAUTION
1. Before operating this machine, please read and familiarize with this entire manual
carefully. During operation or servicing, please pay attention to the connection as
shown on the machine nameplate.
2. To avoid possible injury, the operator must not be wearing long hair untied, loose
clothes or necktie.
3. The machine should stop immediately when the safety grid is lifted.
4. Before operating this machine, please ensure the manual lever and footboard switch
are in the exact position.
5. Pay attention to the power cord, protect it from the power supply.
6. This machine must never be cleaned with a running water.
7. To protect the scraper and flour tray from distortion, don't clean them with hot water.
8. When the machine is in operation, there must not be anything unyielding on the
conveyor belt.
9. If there is something wrong with your machine, have it repaired as soon as possible,
do not operate the machine with broken parts.
