7.4. Footboard switch

7.5. Adjusting Handlebar
between the rollers is from 0.3 to 49mm.
REMARK When the thickness reaches 40 mm, the adjusting handlebar will be
off the track, you need to grasp the adjusting handlebar when you want larger
thickness.

Handlebar limiter is used to prevent adjusting handlebar from dropping
during operation. After setting the desired thickness, lean the limiter against the
left side of adjusting handlebar, and finally lock it. During operation, handlebar
limiter location scale should be more than 1mm to avoid damaging the rollers.

8. OPERATION STEPS

1.
Pull the dough tray out of the transportation platform.
2.
Put the flour collection plate under the pressure rollers.
3.
Ensure that the emergency button is on, manual lever is in level
position, power switch is on, then turn down the safety grid.
4.
Lay the dough at the right side of the transportation platform.
5.
Adjust the roller gap as your desire.
6.
Sprinkle flour on the dough.
7.
Operate manual lever or footboard switch to transport the dough to the left
side of the transportation platform.
8.
Turn the handlebar to adapt to the next value of thickness.
9.
Sprinkle the flour on the dough again.
10.
Operate manual lever or footboard switch to transport the dough to the
right side of the transportation platform.
11.
Repeat the steps 5 - 10 till getting the last desired thickness, then fold the
dough again and again to the tiers as desired.

The adjusting handlebar is used to adjust the thickness of
the sheeted dough. First turn the adjusting handlebar
clockwise or anticlockwise with your palm pressing the
handlebar block. Then lift the desired scale point to the
needle pointer. Finally loosen the handlebar block and the
desired dough thickness is set. Turn the adjusting handlebar
anticlockwise to increase the thickness. Turn the adjusting
handlebar clockwise to reduce the thickness. The gap range
