3. Turn the protection plate down, you will now see the setting nut. By turning this nut,
you can adapt the tension of the belt.
4. To increase the tension, the nut has to be turned clockwise, to decrease tension, it
has to be turned anticlockwise.
5. After adapting the tension of the belts, the protection plate can be put into place
again and the nuts fixed.
7.2. Check the safety grid
The machine should stop immediately when you lift the safety guard. If not, please call
for professional technicians to check it.

8. OPERATION FUNCTION

8.1. Power switch
"ON" means the power is on, "OFF" means the power is off.
8.2. Emergency Button
Press the button in case of emergency and the machine will stop
immediately. The machine will resume its work when the emergency button is
turned in the direction of the arrow as indicated on the button.

8.5. Adjusting Handlebar
Press down the left end of manual lever, conveyor belt will
move to right. Press down the right end of manual lever,
conveyor belt wil move to the left. Put the manual lever in level
position, the machine will stop. During the operation, the
manual lever will not return to the level position automatically.
Tread down the left footboard, conveyor belt will move left.
Tread down the right footboard, conveyor belt will move right.
You need to keep your foot on the footboard to keep the
machine running. If your foot is off the footboard, the
footboard will return to level position automatically and the
machine will stop.

The adjusting handlebar is used to adjust the thickness of the
sheeted dough. First turn the adjusting handlebar clockwise or
anticlockwise with your palm pressing the handlebar block. Then
lift the desired scale point to the needle pointer. Finally loosen
the handlebar block and the desired dough thickness is set. Turn
the adjusting handlebar anticlockwise to increase the thickness.
Turn the adjusting handlebar clockwise to reduce the thickness.
The gap range between the rollers is from 0.2 to 50mm.
