7. OPERATION STEPS

• Pull down both plates of the machine.
• Sprinkle flour on the plates.

• Rotate the turning wheel to roll the dough to the set thickness.

• Reduce the distance between the rollers.
• Repeat steps until the dough has the desired thickness.
8. DETACHING AND ATTACHING THE SCRAPERS
Attaching top scrapers
• Push top scraper over the top pressing roller.
• Fix top scraper with 3 screws.
Attaching bottom scraper
• Place the t-scraper with the hooks pointed downwards in the space between the bottom
roller and the plate.
• Lift plate into fixed position.
• Fix spring-mounted rods behind the 2 bolts.
• Pull down plate on table surface.
