Buzzers and warning lights have been installed on the heat-sealing machine. A buzzer warns about the bag
having been sealed. The buzzer remains active until the side lever is lifted. When the LED installed on the
front board is ON, it indicates the possible machine status:
1) red flashing LED – the heating element is reaching the working temperature;
2) steady red LED – the working temperature has almost been reached;
3) green steady LED – the machine is at operating temperature.

The heat-sealing machine can be installed in a cabinet where the support shelf is not inferior to 500 mm.
Alternatively, it should be placed in a dry and clean place, away from sources of humidity. Its positioning
must be such as to make operation as user-friendly as possible.

CONNECTION AND PUTTING INTO SERVICE

Connection
Electrical connection of the machine must be carried
out according to the technical rules in force.
Make sure that the mains voltage value measured
corresponds to the value indicated in the machine ID
plate.
Install a suitable omnipolar magnetothermal switch
sized according to the power absorbed and equipped
with a contact opening of at least 3 mm.
Make sure that the electrical systems have a suitable
grounding system.
Putting into service
The heat-sealing machine starts operating after
loading the roll in the roll holding bar and positioning it
in its seat (see figure alongside).
