Using the unit

Install the update.
Update via the USB port
CAUTION
This procedure can only be carried out by an authorized installer.
Before starting the firmware update process via the USB port, make sure there is no power in the inverter. Check
that the protections for the grid/genset, critical loads, storage system and PV array are open.
Do not power the unit until the cover has been closed.

To perform this procedure, the firmware file ABH1007 must be downloaded from the Ingeteam website.
1.
Switch off the unit as explained in section
2.
Open the unit's cover.
3.
Connect the USB device. The USB device must only contain the downloaded firmware file.
4.
Close the unit's cover.
5.
Power the unit from the battery bank and/or the PV array.
6.
The update will start automatically. The blue LED will flash rapidly during the update process.
7.
Once the update has finished (the blue LED has stopped flashing), turn off the unit again by
disconnecting all the DC and AC supplies.
8.
Open the unit's cover and disconnect the USB device.
9.
Close the cover and start the unit.

18.10. Restoring the inverter to factory settings

Only an authorized installer can perform restore the factory settings.
This factory reset only affects the inverter settings. The Wi-Fi or Ethernet communication settings are not
restored when following this process.
If you wish to restore the inverter to factory settings, follow the steps below:
1.
Open the web application from the device's browser.
2.
Access the Configuration menu.
3.
Press Restore to factory settings to restore the inverter to factory settings.
Next, follow the wizard to start up the inverter.
