1) Die Nadelstange durch Drehen des Handrads auf ihre Höchstposition stellen.
2) Die Befestigungsschraube 1 lösen, und den Nähfuß 2 abnehmen.
3) Die Nadelhalterschraube 3 lösen, und die Nadeln 4 abnehmen.
4) Den Nadelhalter 5 nach unten herausziehen und von der Nadelstange abnehmen.
5) Das Abstandsstück (1,6 mm) 6 von der Nadelklemme abnehmen.
6) Das Abstandsstück (2,0 mm) 7 an der Nadelklemme anbringen.
7) Den Nadelhalter 5 , die Nadeln 4 und den Nähfuß 2 durch Umkehren des Demontageverfahrens
installieren.
8) Die Synchronisierung zwischen Greifer und Nadel, Spreizer und Nadel sowie Greifer und Spreizer einstellen.
(Hinweis) Wenn der Nadelabstand auf den optionalen Abstand von 1,2 oder 2,5 mm eingestellt wird,
muss die Stichplatte ausgewechselt werden.

1) Turn the handwheel to bring the needle bar to its
highest position.
2) Loosen presser setscrew 1 and remove presser
foot 2 .
3) Loosen needle bracket screw 3 and remove
needles 4 .
4) Draw out downward needle bracket 5 and remove
it from the needle bar.
5) Remove spacer (1.6 mm) 6 from the needle clamp.
6) Install spacer (2.0 mm) 7 to the needle clamp.
7) Install needle bracket 5 , needles 4 and presser
foot 2 by the reversing procedure of removing.
8) Adjust the timing between looper and needle,
spreader and needle, and looper and spreader.
(Note) It is necessary to change the throat plate
when changing the needle gauge to the
optional needle gauge of 1.2 mm or 2.5 mm.

to "MP-200N SERIES PARTS LIST".
