GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
This unit is capable of reducing the temperature internal the contents from 135°F
(57°C) to 40°F (4°C) with in 4 hours, in order to conserve it for a long period of time
without altering the organoleptic characteristics.
