WARNING

To avoid the risk of patient injury, check skin frequently. Consult physician if any redness or skin break occurs.

Risk of cross-contamination (e.g. Infection, allergic reaction). Product is for single patient use.
To ensure proper fit, apply the toe strap loose enough to slide a finger along side both the big and little toes at the
same time. Strap may be cut to size or remain unattached (Figure 2 and Figure 3). For use in designated traction
applications including Buck's traction.
Cleaning
Clean boot with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Wipe dry with a clean cloth. Allow product to dry.
Warranty
Stryker Medical warrants that the Stryker Sof•Care HeelCare Boot models HCB203SL, HCB204ML, HCB205LL,
HCB2001, and HCB3000 should be free from manufacturing non-conformances that affect product performance and
customer satisfaction for a period of thirty (30) days after date of delivery. Stryker's obligation under this warranty is
expressly limited to supplying replacement parts.
