Observed problem: The heater does not start. The motor and the transformer
will not work
Possible causes
A. Burnt fuse or defective connections.
B. Damaged power cable.
C. Tripped flame control equipment.
D. Defective flame control equipment.
Repair procedure
A. Burnt fuse or defective connections.
1. Connect the power cable to the electrical power.
2. Check whether the power mains voltage light on the control panel is on (Fig. 28 and Fig. 29).
3. If it is not on, remove the control panel and verify the fuse integrity. If necessary, replace it.

B. Damaged power cable.
1. Check the integrity and continuity of the power cable. If necessary, replace it.
C. Tripped flame control equipment.
1. Connect the heater to the electrical power.
2. Verify that the RESET button of the burner is not on. If it is, it means that the machine has tripped.
3. Manually reset the machine by pressing the RESET key.
4. Complete the ignition procedure.
D. Defective flame control equipment.
1. If all previous verifications were unsuccessful, it may mean that the flame control equipment is
defective.
2. Disconnect the heater from the electrical power.
3. Loosen the screw locking the panel to the burner.
4. Remove the panel from its seat.
5. Loosen the screw that fastens the flame control equipment and release it from the plastic body.
6. Replace the defective flame control equipment with another one that works.
7. Repeat the ignition procedure.
